How do I give “Edit access to support”for my application?

To debug an issue reported, the support staff may sometimes request you to share your application to Zoho Creator support, with edit access.

To share your application with edit access (In old application builder) :

  1. Select Settings -> Application Settings option.
  2. Select the option Allow edit access to support displayed on the right side of the Application Settings dialog.
  3. When the issue is resolved, the edit access can be withdrawn, by selecting “Cancel edit
    access to support
    “.
  4. Send a mail to support [at] zohocreator [dot] com with the name of the application/form/view in which the issue exists.

To share your application with edit access (In new application builder) :

  1. Select the Help option from the Help icon displayed on the top-right corner, in Edit mode.
  2. Select the option Allow edit access to support displayed on the left-side of the support page.
